Like, when a big lady settler arrives you can assign her to some milking station and milk her to give settlement food. I mean big in the way of regular body shapes btw. I actually made a normal looking human shaped npc with large saggy breasts and fat body. Bodyslide is a great tool. But people create these unrealistic abominations. It is very sad.
