Some believe it's due to using mods that allow you to scrap objects from the game world.My own opinion is that it's a vram issue. The way to fix it is to download/install ENB, open the Enblocal.ini file in a text editor, and alter the value in the VideoMemorySizeMb= line to better match your system specs.Based on what you shared in the youtube vid, your's should read VideoMemorySizeMb=16000To learn how we come to that number, this video by Tapioks will explain it better.
