Zharkov
I am getting an error message when starting NewVegas via FOMM: "Unable to start steam automatically. Your game may not launch correctly." I am using the gog version. Is there any way to prevent fomm from trying to start steam? It already prevents the DRM used for Fallout 3, so why connect to steam anyways? Edited January 6, 2018 by Zharkov
Fkemman11
Just use the NVSE exe. instead. You can set up FOMM to do this, but, I never have.
Druuler
I am using the GOG version of F: NV as well, and get the same error message. Just use the New Vegas launcher to start your game. Your load order will not change from how it is set in FOMM, and NVSE, if you are using it, should also work. Or, as Fkemman11 mention, use the NVSE exe to start your game, again, if you are using it.
