Both the Nordic Carved Armor and the Orcish Armor are missing

The issue I got is about the list of what type of armor one can create at the forge and right now I can't see neither the Nordic Carved Armor or the Orcish Armor in the list of available armor items.

I also use SKSE64 and SkyUI 5.2 plus the Skyrim Uncapper mod and the xSHADOWMAN Dll loader mod which is requires for 1-2 mods I use.

 

The only mod that I don't have right now is FISS for SSE, but FISS was installed when I notice my issue

 

I've tried to uninstall a couple of mods, one at the time, and even updated both Ars Metallica and USSEP, but still I can't see those two armor types in the list of available armor items.

 

I even tried other gameaves I had and only the oldest one had no issue while the most recent has the issue, but I could see both armor types listed without the Smithing skill was set to legendary.

 

I have no idea what's wrong, so that's why I ask here if anyone know what is wrong and how to fix it if possible of course. :sad:
