Dark souls 1

Hey all. I recently got a laptop that can actually run some games. I've got dark souls 1 CLOSE to console quality and i'm so happy about it. I haven't found a single person to summon yet. Anyone else even play it anymore?

I would suppose most people will wait until the remastered version , as it's coming really soon

though with recent news , it might not be something really worth waiting for (I'm really hoping it is , can't wait to properly play the game)

Dark Souls I required a gamepad like Xbox or Play Station when I first got interested. I didn't note on the day STEAM offered it that it was best played with a console. It didn't respond well to my clunky computers keyboard and mouse. I hope too that they get it remastered for PC so I can get to play it, without having to buy an new version of it.

well , you actually would have to buy the remastered version (I believe it's supposed to be 25$ on release)

and I really really do hope they set the game with proper keyboard and mouse controls , like DS3 has (which I'm currently playing on PC with keyboard and mouse , and it works great . probably not as good as with a controller , but good enough for me)

but for some reason , I'm not so sure it will control properly , nor will it finally have proper prompts for PC players (rather than XBox or PS prompts)

I hope we will get better news closer to release , but I'm not as sure as I was a few weeks ago

I still have the one in my STEAM acct. I've become a little better at using a console control. And I've read I can get one that had been made with a USB connection for PC gamers. Thx for the info.

Dark Souls 1 PC has a weird server "bug" that limits online activity considerably, for some reason.
