ShellShock098 Posted August 4, 2018 Share Posted August 4, 2018 The wasteland in fallout 4 is a dangerous and overall deadly place, so it stands to reason that you or your companions/ enemies can lose a few limbs along the way. I was wondering if someone in the community could make a mod where your character has a prosthetic synth arm similar to the one in "Commonwealth Prosthetics - Synthetic Arm" https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/27945 That mod is great except:-its an outfit instead of actually replacing the arm to work with any armor/ clothing-its female only Please note that im not hating on that mod, in fact i love it and use it on all my female playthroughs. I would just like to see it applied to a male body and actually replace the arm. i am not familiar with creation kit and the limitation it may have, so i don't know whats possible and whats not. jkruse05 Posted August 5, 2018 Share Posted August 5, 2018 (edited) Because of the way the core body and clothing work together it isn't possible to make alternate limb models without rebuilding every outfit with it. I suggest trying this mod, since it uses vanilla underarmor outfits (so it'll work with armor), and is for both sexes. I think it also has a glove item you can use to get just the hand replaced. Comes with a BUNCH of stuff, but most importantly, an option for synth hands that can be customized (left, right, or both) plus different colours. P47HFIND3R Posted August 5, 2018 Share Posted August 5, 2018 I recommended the CROSS one because that's the one I find works the best all around. While there *are* bulky limbs, I was mostly referencing the customizable synth hands, which you can have on either side, or both. The other one restricts you to specific under-armours, where the CROSS one can also be used with modded outfits. Plus it's a great fix for invisible wrists/seams, when used on the left hand.
