403 Forbidden on Website

I signed up for premium again. I cannot even download vortex as everytime, I get a 403 forbidden error. I have tried multiple browsers to no avail. Even tried Incognito mode.

 

I did pinged the server mentioned in CMD.

I have satellite internet and all my data savers are turned off. No data saver active in google chrome.

I'm not sure what's going on.

As we speak Vortex and the Website are using 2 different CDN Networks, and there are also premium file servers - so we're going to need more information of the problems you're having.

 

1) If you download from the website, and you get a 403 error - what does it look like ? Is it a white page, or does it re-direct to the website ?

2) What download method have yout got selected ( premium file server or CDN ) - please change to CDN.

 

If you're having problems inside vortex - can you please provide any errors and/or logs from vortex that show what's going on?

It's a white page with the 403 forbidden error with "nginx/1.11.5" underneath. I've tried the CDN server, US server, and even the European servers to try and download the vortex program. All get the same 403 error.

 

I just tried all of the options again. Tried CDN twice and what's weird is that on the second time, it worked.

 

I'd like to still find a solution since I'm afraid that it'll do the same thing when downloading files through vortex.
