When will Fallout 76 be added to Vortex?

Bethesda's official line is that mods are not supported.

Fallout 76 is sort of an odd bird - you can't just drop mods in your game folder.

Mods have to be packaged in a ba2 file - and you cant just drop that in your game folder either. It has to be specifically listed in an ini file.

It might be a matter of having a single "mod" ba2 file that contains all of your individual mods, repackaged.

So you folks that run 200-250 mods in a game - that will never happen.

This is all very Fallout 76 specific stuff, probably best handled in a Fallout 76 extension to Vortex.

There is a community extension for Fallout 76 support here: https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/35

But since Bethesda officially doesn't support mods and we don't know how they handle it, we don't currently want to add it officially. It is a multiplayer game after all.
