fearless13579 Posted January 14, 2019 Share Posted January 14, 2019 (edited) specifically "Increase Soul Level and Soul Gem capacity"when I launch oblivion with NMM for some odd reason, oblivion in the data files is ticked off and there are no other mods other than the dlcs and oblivion. I have encountered this issue many times before and before I got the newest version of NMM the mods in the plugins section would untick themselves. This meant that I am unable to play with any mods because it wouldn't allow it. I am hoping someone can shed light on how i can fix this annoying bug.
