New music in cell requires Wrye Bash

Hello, I've edited cells to use new mp3 folders. 1 interior cell in Megaton and all of Little Lamplight's cells have new music. There's 2 music folders, one for each town. With the esp activated Lamplight uses the new music but not the Megaton cell. Using Wrye Bash to import cell data makes both locations work. The problem is I don't want to force people to learn a new tool for what should be a simple mod. I tried esm-ifying the file but it didn't matter. Am I stuck with requiring users to Bash?

If they put your mod at the end of the load list, your mod will work, but will override changes other mods make that are in that main cell record. The only ways to get the data from two mods to work is to create a patch that uses the data from each mod that is needed. Wrye BASH does this for you. The only other way to do it is to create the patch yourself.
