Make sure the SKSE PSC files appropriate to the version of Skyrim in question are installed in the correct source folder for the Creation Kit associated with the version of Skyrim in question. If everything is in the correct place, I see no reason for that error to present itself.

Thankyou for your reply..However im using the latest SKyrim with the latest SKSE..and a clean install of everything..The PSC files are extracted to the Scripts Source folders..not sure where else to look , literally nothing compiles in Old or new CK..but i have both versions running fine of LE and SE with Creation Kit for both and latest SKSE for both/....neverending nightmare this i just want to release mods without having to ask others to compile my scripts:(

The zip of source scripts that comes with the CK must be extracted (not copied) to your game scripts folder.

The PSC files from the skse_1_07_03 archive in the "Data\scripts\Source" folder (all 60 files) need to be extracted into the corresponding GAME "data\source\scripts" folder, not into the CK folder, overwriting the existing files. Also, this must be repeated every time you update the CK, as the CK updates may overwrite the source scripts again.

PS: Do NOT use the PSC files that are found in the SKSE archive "src\skse\scripts\modified" folder, they are not complete scripts, and won't compile.
