ecko98910 Posted July 21, 2019 Share Posted July 21, 2019 This all started when I wanted to use the beast form shout so i can just be a werewolf when I wanted to. I set my shout cooldown multiplier to 0 and verified that I did with player.getav. The issue is that even thow the cooldown time is at 0 skyrim still is setting one day cooldowns on my shouts. I have tried several shout reduction mods with no success. To know if the change you made does work, try using an actual shout that normally has a noticeable cool down period (i.e. the added coloring around the compass bar). I am not sure if you count that as a shout but when i set the cooldown to zero and used the shout. It would give me a message on the top left saying "the shout can only be used once a day".
