Trouble after reinstalling Skyrim SE and Vortex

After a reinstall of SkyrimSE and Vortex I cant seem to use a mod (FINS to be exact).
I installed SKSE and ENB with a preset successfully and the game can be started via Vortex.

now, after i downloaded FINS on Nexus via Vortex and tried to run FINS via Vortex it showed me that Vortex is looking for the Mod in the folder I had SkyrimSE + Mods installed previously befor the reinstall.

How can i resolve this problem as easy as possible?
Can i get Vortex to create a new default folder to download mods to and to search for them there? Do i have to manually tell Vortex where to look? If so where do i find my Mods? (I installed Vortex via the automated installer available on Nexus)

Allright Never mind, i solved it
for anybody interested:

The problem was not that SSE or Nexus was installed faulty but Vortex has saved (I assume via my account) the path that FINS itself was looking for.

So if you have the same problem:
Go to Vortex Dashboard - SkyrimSE - Add Tool - FINS - edit - select the new path and it should run properly
