ShepherdN729
I installed the additemmenu mod today and when I tried to initialize it in game it said it was incompatible with my version of SKSE. I checked SKSE and Steam and saw that I was one game version behind, so like an idiot I went ahead and updated both SKSE and my SSE. I then had to update about a dozen mods that Vortex told me had .dlls incompatible with the new version to clear all those incompatibilities. I rerun Loot (not necessary in Vortex, I understand), remade my bashed patch, and fired up the game. It starts okay, but I cannot move to a new cell without a CTD. I'm stuck in Breezehome and cannot continue with the game. I know how to revert to an older SSE .exe/SKSE but I was hoping someone might have experienced a similar problem and could give me some hint as to what might be causing the problem before I go thru the reversion. Yes, I know I'm an idiot for ever updating a game that was running perfectly with 165+ plugins.
AugustaCalidia
Since you're playing Skyrim SE, I presume you mean SKSE64 when mentioning SKSE. Assuming the SKSE64 dependent mods are the problem (and that's not certain), what happens if you disable them? Will the game start and run without a CTD when moving to a new cell? If the game does run, then I would suggest re-enabling the SKSE64 mods one by one to find out which one may be causing the problem. If that doesn't work, then it's back to the drawing boards.
