MO2 CBBE/Bodyside not working in game? Help

Heya! I've searched for answers to this all over the internet, but haven't found any help. So I'm asking here.

The CBBE vanilla option and everything shows up fine when I launch Bodyslide... But it doesn't show up in-game. I followed every tutorial I could find to see if i missed something and nothing seems to work. All my other mods seem to be working fine through MO2 as far as I can tell. I did another clean install... Only installing F4SE, making the Fallout4Custom.ini, and installing CBBE/Bodyslide... same issue. Won't show up in-game.

Additional details:

-Made the Fallout4Custom.ini file in my My Documents Fallout 4 data folder.

-Yes, I've done the 'batch build'.

-I did a clean F4 install early this month (March 2020) and again yesterday.

-I have the most current version of F4SE and its working properly.

-My Windows 10 in updated and so is my graphics card.

-Done some simple stuff like running it all as Administrator, exited and relaunched MO2 and Steam, verified files, restarted computer, etc.

-I played Fallout 4 over a year or 2 ago (using NMM then) and everything worked fin as far as I can remember. Been playing Skyrim SE for a few months with MO2 with CBBE and had no issues.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Please ask if you need more info! I'm kinda at a loss here.

Heyas!

Ok, so by "not showing up" do you mean the changes that you made to the body, or do you mean the sliders in character creator/looksmenu?

Did you also build your preset?

have you made absolutely sure that CBBE.esp is active in your load order? I don't mean showing active in MO2, I mean via the in-game mod manager.

Did you install CBBE manually or by the modmanager? Try installing it Manually.

That's all I can think of for now.

Thanks for responding!
By 'not showing up' I mean the female characters in-game still have the original vanilla body, not the CBBE body. Though it shows up fine in Bodyslide.

Yeah I built the preset. Both "Build" and "Batch Build" assuming thats what you mean. It shows up in my load order in the in-game Mods section.

I've installed it through Mod Organizer 2.

My only thing is I'm not sure about the file path for Bodyslide. I followed a tutorial and it said to make the path to your MO2 data folder... though the video tutorial is a couple years old now. Others I've seen don't edit the path at all... so thats the one thing I'm confused about.

Heyas Sizzy. Ok, that makes me laugh, I'm just gonna call ya SB if that's ok. ;)

Ok, so for the most part it sounds like things are ok. The output destinations give me issues too, so I'm NOT the person to ask about that. But everything else sounds ok, unless you start getting issues with the textures. If that happens, you'll probly need to manually install it.

I will go ahead and say tho, that to me, I wouldn't set everything up to run thru the mod manager. You never know, you might want to give something else a try later on down the road. That's just me tho. NOT saying that you should or anything like that. Just my opinion.

This is where my output folder is set up for. \Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Meshes

Tho I'm kinda at a loss for where my preset ended up at.

LOL Just about any of the other files for this game, I could tell you in about 4 minutes or less. But NOT bodyslide, hahaha.

Hahaa no prob. I dig it

Yeah I hope you can see why i'm confused as hell. It has to be an issue on my end, but I have no idea...

I don't seem to have the "\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Meshes"? It that in Steam or MO2? My fallout data folder doesn't have all that in it. Nevermind I found it.
