Modding with Dragonborn

Hi, I'm trying to make a mod with dragonborn dlc resources; however, when I select my master files Skyrim,Update, and Dragonborn I get the error:

 

File: C:\_Skyrim\Code\TESV\TES Shared\misc\BGSLocalizedString.cpp

 

Line:2860

LOCALIZATION: Error opening or reading strings file.

 

And then the creation kit shuts down.

I already tried the whole placing "bAllowMultipleMasterFiles=1" into the SkyrimEditor file that was suggested in another topic. What else can I do?

Do as suggested in that thread or edit the [Archive] section in SkyrimEditor.ini to look like this.

Ive added Dragonborn.bsa to ​ResourceArchiveList2
I mentioned extracting the strings from the bsa in the other thread because ini edits tend to get wiped out during updates or revailidation
