And I went ahead and excluded FNV in DEP, as well as adding entries for FalloutNV.exe and NVSE_loader.exe in WDEG. As for anit-virus programs, I don't have any others turned-on currently that I know of, unless windows has one that I don't know about? And the only save files I have are of like 20 mintues into the game in Doc Mitchel's house, which work fine without the d3d9.dll file installed. But with it currently installed I can't even get to the main menu to load said files. Either way, I was planning on starting a new game anyways.
