Travelling Reloads Current Area

Hey guys, I'm starting a new game with a fresh mod list. I have this issue where when I am entering a new area (whether by fast travel, opening door from Whiterun city to Whiterun hold, anything that requires a loading screen) the loading screen happens and then I pop up right back where I was before. I've tried disabling some mods one by one but I hardly have any idea where to start or what's causing the problem.

I'm using Mod Organizer 2, sorting load order with LOOT, cleaning dirty plugins with SSEedit. Thanks for reading and helping; I'll share my load order:

Welp, just in case anyone runs into the same problem, I went through all my mods and discovered that it was "Identity Crisis". Shame, was looking forward to playing it.
