Welp, just in case anyone runs into the same problem, I went through all my mods and discovered that it was "Identity Crisis". Shame, was looking forward to playing it.

Hey guys, I'm starting a new game with a fresh mod list. I have this issue where when I am entering a new area (whether by fast travel, opening door from Whiterun city to Whiterun hold, anything that requires a loading screen) the loading screen happens and then I pop up right back where I was before. I've tried disabling some mods one by one but I hardly have any idea where to start or what's causing the problem. I'm using Mod Organizer 2, sorting load order with LOOT, cleaning dirty plugins with SSEedit.
