ENB + ORL Shadows Bug

I have recently followed through Bevilex's Modlist + his ORL + ENB preset but when I went in game, something weird with the shadows has been going on: https://imgur.com/a/w3MyHdc. Basically, shadows follow my movements and something weird is happening whenever I load my Oblivion save.
