HELP! Skyrim Creation Kit

help creation mod not broken walrus cs

Hey everyone!


I was working on a mod in the creation kit and I decided to test it BUT! half the NPC's I created aren't there or are in different place from where I originally placed them in the CS. Any help would be appreciated!

Did you make sure there are actually navmeshes where you placed the npcs?
In my mod whe I create new interiors the npcs also spawn at the wrong place if I forgot to add navmeshes, basically they will just spawn at the nearest navmesh possible.
Also make sure your new npc is based on a new actor as well, if you forgot to do that then they will behave like the original actor and follow their daily routine (ai package).
And check their AI packages, it could just be that they are wandering around or maybe following a patrol route or something.
