SSE Creation Kit Spell not working in game

So I've definitely made spells before and never had this problem, but I've take a break from Skyrim for a while, and coming back after going through the same process- My custom spells are not functioning in game. They still cost magicka but there's no sound or casting art. I have a feeling it's something wrong with the CK but I really don't know. If you can help I'd really appreciate it
