  1. Navigation is IMO much more opaque than on the old site. It's also really difficult to tell whether you are on the Skyrim or Skyrim SE site as everything is styled identically and the text identifying the site is rather small. On the old site you could tell at a glance which one you were on. I also REALLY don't like the way the sort now defaults to new instead of trending. It makes it much more difficult to find the mods I'm looking for. Also it could encourage modders to release lots of minor tweaks to their mods to their mods to increase visibility. Trending is far from prefect, and is obviously very subjective, but IMO is a less bad default way of sorting than new. Perhaps tweak the trending algorithm to have more weight to newness? It seems to place most weight on downloads & endorsements, which favours older mods. At least have some obvious way to set the default sort to your taste (if there is a way I still haven't found it).
  2. When this breach came to light I said you should do a full password reset, to be on the safe side and was ignored. And the encryption on the stolen password database was broken at least a year ago, it's not a recent thing. Hopefully if this happens again you will be more realistic proactive ad not pretend things will be all right.
  3. In response to post #39675940. #39677215, #39679030, #39680875, #39683735, #39684460, #39688180, #39690275, #39694390, #39705550, #39731905, #39746910, #39763900, #39779675, #39832000, #39846645 are all replies on the same post. They didn't need to hire them, they just needed to get have a good look at the various big mod websites like the Nexus, Mod DB and Curse (even Planet Elder Scrolls/FilePlanet, R.I.P), and see what they've done right and wrong. Although at least talking to everyone would have been a good idea.
  4. Uncle Sheogorath's Really Helpful Hints and Tips. Why? Because it makes absolutely no sense! And cheese, gotta have cheese (also the loding screens are kinda spoileriffic).
  5. Thanks! I can't believe I missed them. I know my Google-Fu is weak, but that is ridiculous. Thanks
  6. Is there a mod for New Vegas that removes the walls between the different sections of the Strip? The Strip would look so much better as one continuous section without those annoying walls. Even keeping the walls but putting the the whole Strip in the same game space like Open Cities does would be a great improvement. Is this even possible?
  7. That's a hard one and everyone will have a different opinion. These are my essential mod. Fallout Mod Manager - Manages your mods http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=640 FOSE - Fallout scripting extender, needed by many mods http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8606 Darnified UI - A UI tailored to the PC, not consoles. Essential if you play for more than 5 minutes. http://forums.bethsoft.com/index.php?/topic/1121454-wipzbeta-darnified-ui-f3/ Something to remove annoying green tint to everything: either Fellout http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2672 or Dynamic Weather with the Green Tint Remover addin http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10607 I would include the Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch which fixes many minor and major bugs that Bethesda couldn't be bothered to fix, but that hasn't been updated for the latest Fallout patches (I think the creator got tired of cleaning up behind Bethesda). EDIT: Remembered Dynamic Weather
