[Mod Request] Automatic un-/re-/equip spacesuit
realadry replied to realadry's topic in Starfield's Mod Ideas
Where is that option? -
It's annoying to manually unequip the spacesuit every time you go to a city but then forget to equip it again when you go to an uninhabitable planet and almost die exiting the spaceship. So please someone make a mod that can at least re-equip a spacesuit when traveling to a planet with hostile enviroment. Bonus would be to unequipp automatically in cities. Why? Because I don't want to run around in a full spacesuit when every NPC is casually dressed. It breaks immersion.

Have you leveled up and got the concealment perk yet and maxed out stealth perk? Probably not, so how do you know it's useless?

Spacesuite has mod slots. Visit a spacesuit workbench. It makes more sense to have a single "armor" since a spacesuit is one sealed piece of clothing, you can't swap arms and legs even in real life.

[MOD REQUEST] FIX NPC AI/Physics being tied to FPS

Can't confirm. I'm running above 60 fps and have no such issues. -
Heightmap not matching planet look?
realadry replied to PrometheusTS's topic in Starfield's Discussion
The map as it is, is completly useless. As you said it doesn't match the terrain, also it looks just a point cloud and not real geometry with textures. It's not useful for navigating, just for selecting quick travel points. This is an epic failure. I hope someone makes a mod to have a real map (like the skyrim vanilla map for example) -
I have the issue that after some time the performance drops significantly. Restarting the game or sometimes alt-tabing fixes it. I use the 4GB mod but it still happens. I suspect the memory is full and the game has poor memory management. I researched if there is a console command to "flush" the memory. I found a command for oblivion (and maybe fallout) that sounds like it does that. It's called "RunMemoryPass" and takes an integer as argument. Skyrim accepts the command but nothing changes no matter what number I pass as argument. Does anyone know what this command does? Is there a way to flush memory?
