I just googled it 0x000F13C4 and found out that you need to be a mod creator, which Im not. I'm average mod user. Could you perhaps give me some instructions on how to delete it? Maybe something with INI editing? I read somewhere that you could edit INI in Oblivion to reveal more map, ergo removing fog of war. Unfortunately there's no line like that in Skyrim's INI.

Hey fellow citizens of Skyrim! I used to be an adventurer like you, then "tfow" command stopped working. Don't get me wrong, when I type the command in console I get the correct message. However instead of disabling fog of war, everyting disappears. I hope someone might help me. P.S. for all people who'll call me cheater or something like that. What "black plane"? I might consider deleting cause I'm sick and tired of fog of war. And tfow makes it worse. When I type it everything disappeares.
