  1. In response to post #73902968. #73903958, #73904428 are all replies on the same post. What a stupid and insulting comment, not all "old people"; or "young people" for that matter; like or want change. Obviously not all change is good and certainly not all change is "evolution", change is good IF it's change for the better, change for the worse or change for the sake of change is NOT "a good thing".
  2. I don't get the "our way or the highway" attitude for not including real "drag and drop", having options is good, choice is always a good thing, how hard would it have been to implement the option for those who wanted it, you could just have disabled it by default. That said it's your site, your software and while a more "flexible" attitude wouldn't have killed anyone, it's your decision and i respect that. As long as i can use the mod manager that works best for me, i'm happy.
  3. Seems to me like a very good and well thought out idea, i hope it works out.
  4. In response to post #54733298. I don't see anyone insulting you so why do you feel the need to insult other people just because they may have a different opinion than yours? Contrary to what you seem to think your opinion is just that, no more or less important than anyone else's. You like the new design then good for you, i like parts of it too but contrary to you i don't feel that i my opinion is all that matters or that i should calling names to anyone who dares not share it. Here's a word for you "Egotism", look it up.
  5. After some more time browsing the new site i find that it is not as bad as i first thought, there are some really good changes like (just one example, there are more) the new image viewer , with the options for zoom, full screen, download and especially all the thumbnails at the bottom so you can change images easily, now that is user friendly. Unfortunately; and this is just my opinion; it was clearly designed for mobile devices first that's why everything is so big, big images, big text and big tiles, yes you get tiles everywhere, even the so called "list" option in search and top files for example is not a list at all just a big horizontal tile. No option for a real "list" no just browse trough 20 big tiles at the time, how exactly is this more user friendly, well it is if you're on mobile sure but a lot less on PC. I know that this new site is here to stay no matter what, so like many i'll have to get used to it but i just wish they had not made it so mobile centric and had given some more thought and given some more options for how it looks on PC, it is after all a site for PC mods and while people may browse it on mobiles, ultimately (i believe) most of the people browsing the site and ALL the people downloading the mods are on PC.
  6. In response to post #54682203. #54682233 is also a reply to the same post. By "whining babies" i suppose you mean anyone that dares have a different opinion than yours.
  7. Everything is so big, this seems made for mobile devices and touch screens more than PC screens, the new Nexus looks like Bethesda.net and that's not a good thing. So much scrolling to get to the relevant information, everything is now in big blocs, big images, big text etc... the compact and smaller design of old nexus was much more efficient imo. I don't hate it and again this is just my opinion but modern is not always better.
  8. Personal preference but i like the long hair with physics, imo it looks a lot better and more realistic.
  9. yes same, both manual download and NMM work now :)
  10. same problem here, it's been a couple months maybe since i used the site last so i'm not really sure when it started but now i cannot download any files either, if i try the "download manually" i get the "your file is being prepared" screen and then a connection timed out screen, if i try with NMM i get 3 tries and no connection either, tried with 3 different browsers, java is up to date, no ad block or script block, basically the same system that i had when it worked. Pinged filedelivery.nexusmods.com: Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 25ms, Maximum = 50ms, Average = 34ms Don't know if it matters but i'm using Windows 8.1 64bit, connecting from Montreal Canada
  11. Not sure if this is what your looking for but from ENB Series Documentation: or just use Fraps or equivalent software.
