I'd very much like to add a banner to my profile. I'm not great at graphic design by any means, so I'll likely just use some screenshot archery, but it'd be fun to have a custom banner like on the forum site.

Wasn't aware fake DM screenshots were such a prominent issue among Bethesda site uploads. Yeah, a verifiable and public reply as proof of permission does sound nice, for the sake of evidence. I'm not sure how else you'd prove it was them, and not a case of inspect element and HTML editing.

Absolute tragedy that this wasn't made yet. Hoping someone with the know-how gets around to it.

Nexus has a irrevocable distribution license. So there is a technicality that they could protect uploads of popular framework mods from being hidden. However, this does not mean they should by any means go unhiding pages willy nilly. They've done more than enough to that end. The file archival system's protections are already highly effective. On another note: If something many mods require goes down indefinitely, the community will inevitably create a replacement to fill it's old purpose. Likely to be as good as the old file, if it isn't anything even better. The looming threat of further mods being rendered useless, through common dependencies being lost, could (ideally) create a surge of popularity for FOSS and/or copyleft licenses too. Even just modders' resources and frameworks being FOSS would be a great thing, as if an author ever decided to pack up their bag and ride off into the sunset, other authors could carry on and continue to provide support.

It was intentional. The Nexus Mods Mod Authors Discord and subforum are for those who contribute their content to the site's community. It's kinda the whole appeal of getting in. Given it's initial access is automated, I wouldn't be too surprised it locked you out automatically too. You can always contact the friends you've made privately, to set up a group chat on Discord or something instead. Make it be like old times. :)

As the video puts it, "the Americans are doing it, the French are doing it, even the Hessians are doing it." The historical fashion of wearing your tricorn would be tilted off somewhat to the left. This was primarily to ensure that, when carrying your rifle, you wouldn't bump your hat and could more easily turn your head. It was even mandatory for a lot of armies. So, it would be nice having a mod that edits the model of the Minutemen hat that Garvey and players who are the MM's general get to wear, making it emulate that cocked-to-the-left style. I was wondering if someone could perhaps make a mod to where Svana Far-Shield could be married once you embarrass Haelga for her. There's a little fantasy of mine to where I run away with a girl who has a tough life and we make each other happy and blah blah blah. I know there are voice files for it because of Ysolda being marriageable and having the same voice actor. Also, maybe a mod to remove the "You don't care anyway" farewell remark. If someone could make these (or at least one of them) I'd appreciate it, or maybe show me where to find these mods if they do exist.

Installing mods using Google Chrome (A.K.A. manually) is horribly slow, but I can deal with it. Besides, at least now I know why I can't use the NMM for downloads at the moment. Thanks for explaining.
