  1. You have to remove their original clothes/armor open console click desired npc type inv This will bring up list of there clothes/armor/weapons they have on. find the yarl clothes name and code (000XXXXX) then type removeitem (000xxxxx) This should stop him from reequipping his original clothes It should work, I hope.
  2. A lore friendly color and then some nice bright colors with even some lace alpha trimmings would be perfect.
  3. I am thinking about releasing maybe as beta.. but don't really want to fully devote to it as to have people complaining for updates XD Its just something I am messing around with right now. As of right now I believe you will need the niftools for 3dsMax 64bit 2010-2012, untill blender updates to import/export skyrim kf and nif files. For tutorial I used The Hologram s post (2nd page, 4th post down) It is a little confusing at first, but once you get it going.. the process is very very fast. Some animations import correctly and others some limbs are not correctly in place.

  5. Been messing around and changing the stance. I'm using hkxcmd tool to extract the kf out of the hkx animation files with command prompt ( No Havoc tool necessary) Import skyrim(stranded or female) skeleton into 3ds Max Import male or female mesh to better visualize your edits import kf make edits to pose/animation export as kf w/o nif Use hkxcmd tool to convert kf back to hkx test in game :)
  6. I have been editing the mt_idle animations ;) and working in skyrim.
  7. I have done a controlled test of importing then exporting with no changes. Then copying a portion of the new exported mesh back into the original skyrim nif.. no work. Either it crashes or its invisible.
  8. It could be me or it's not working correctly as the author did state that he just imported only. I did a test of importing a skyrim clothes nif into max and exported it out without making changes. The exported nif hierarchy is all messed up so i just take NiTriShape and copy the branch over to the original skyrim nif. It seems it just crashes the game when equipping it or.. after messing with the exporter settings or nif block numbers it comes out invisible with skyrim original NiTrishapes only appearing. Anyone get a exported nif meshes working?
