I know this has probably been fixed by now but i was having the same problem (124 mods) so i deleted my enb then realized i had 2 enbs (Enhanced wasteland preset and Flora FX overhaul enb) i disabled the fx one and everything was fine so i dont know if it was because i accidentally had dual enbs or it was that specific one but for anyone in the future who has these problems try this :)
