Have the same problem, hope there is an official patch soon. In the mean time, I'm stick with an old save. If they don't patch this, and the next DLC does the same thing, I'm demanding a refund of my Fallout 4 DLC.

Testing this out so far, everything seem to be normal with my game. One question though, when I pull up the perk menu with T it doesn't show the animations for the vault girl. Is this normal? When I look under specials in my pip girl, (I download the mod to change the name.) the girl animations are there, so I am assuming you haven't added it in yet for the level up menu. (This is an existing game I'm playing if that makes a difference.) Otherwise, great job, can't wait for the final version
