Does no one here use Patreon? If put a link on your mod page (that people can actually see) have a good pitch and put out good consistent content people will subscribe to you. It works incredibly well (go look at all the minecraft modders that do it) and you won't lose a single cent to those that do not deserve it.

Already support a couple people on Patreon, would have supported a few modders from here too. One thing though, I've never seen the donate button on this site before. Since it's being made more obvious now, well perhaps adding an option to NMM or MO or something would be nice too.

So you could very well find them throwing a C&D or whatever at the site if the system here is getting a little too popular (unless they're getting a cut as well.)
