NCPD are absolutely useless in Cyberpunk 2077 considering CDPR cut the wanted and corrupt police systems. I would wager the game would be better without the police (except for NCPD side missions) or at the very least make them less sensitive to crimes. The UI popup that warns the player about committing crimes is also annoying and would be great to get rid of.
