Im running into the exact same issue. I have ur exact mod load order(plus alton, il) and after leaving vault 101 i get no dlc messages. however, this problem only happens to me when i choose the vault 101 start. I tried an alternate start and the dlc messages came up just fine. This really sucks because I enjoy the vault 101 start and i want to do trouble on the homefront later on.

So I went on wyre bash, and i fixed any problems with missing masters, just a couple of patches I had to get rid of. I also removed all the wave file from Realistic water two. Skyrim is still CTDing before the start screen :(

The Footprint thing didn't work :(, I'll try the TES5EDIT things tmw night when I'm not sleep deprived, thanks for the input guys!

So, as soon as I run Skyrim, it crashes right after showing me the Skyrim Symbol at the start screen. I'll post my Load Order at the bottom, please help in anyway possible, Thanks in Advance!
