You mean SkyrimPrefs.ini? Cause Skyrim.ini has no [Controls] line. i tried both, and it didnt work in SkyrimPrefs, so just go to Skyrim.ini and add [Controls]fDualCastChordTime=0.01 at the bottom, it's working so farcorrection: it works for like, ten swings and then it broke again
