So, I have put this topic in another area, but nobody read it, so I will put it here. Whenever I come into contact with an enemy, whether it is attacking, attacked, or just coming into contact with them, their health begins to decrease and they look like they have taken frost damage. Does anyone know what is happening and if there is a way to fix it?

Basically, whenever I come into contact with an enemy (or sometimes guards), their health begins to decrease while they look like they have been hit by frost magic. this happens when I attack them, they attack me, or my character is near them. Hopefully someone could help me with this issue, as it has been bugging me for a while.
