You might be on to something. This happens to my male character, and I don't use ENB. I started encountering this issue roughly around the time I installed Genesis Unleashed, and it only happens in dungeons. It's a wild guess, but maybe it has something to do with Skyrim's engine limitations on the number of actors allowed within a cell.
