Getting the same error, downloaded ENBoost followed all other suggestions, still nothing, this is happening when traveling to Solitude. Any ideas? Having the same issue. I use ENBoost with settings set as suggested, and the crash fixes plugin running as specified with suggested settings. I have tried everything the crash message suggested and no matter what whenever I try to enter a city by any means I get the crash with the same message. I'm running close to 400 mods, optimized textures, run a gtx 1080 with 8700K and 32 GB of Ram. Nothing I've tried up to this point has made a difference. the crash sometimes happens when I'm just walking around outside.

i spent an hour testing every mesh file i had and the offending file that kept causing ctd when i was getting too close to windhelm or looked in the wrong direction was windhelmbridge.nif. you may have to search for the file but once i deleted it windhelm no longer caused a problem.
