I don't use ENB. I just completely uninstalled OR and it's fine now.

I just deleted the ini and deactiveated OR and it's still happening. Should I try to completely uninstall OR?

I've reinstalled Oblivion and all the mods I'm trying to use three times and this keeps happening every time. Water doesn't render, and when I get it makes the splashing noise and the breath meter comes up then my game crashes. I cleaned all the dirty files BOSS told me about, and created a bashed patch.
