It's a pretty huge mod, but I'm using the one included in Skyrim Ultra HD Texture Pack, though some parts seem to be just upscaled. But the fur/feathers look nice.

The earrings look like ones from Ultimate Assortment.

As written in the description it's the Red Sonja outfit and when looking at the comments you might see him telling it's CBBE with his own bodyslide settings.

You might also take a look here and you should always read the description of your mods before installing them. Look at the images, maybe browse through the archive to see which files get installed, then you know what's already modded in your game, what you need and what you don't need. In the end it's much about personal taste which mods to keep.

zzjay and grace darkling hoods with hairs http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/28147/? Tis one seem to be a retexture though. I don't know which. I believe the hood is from Ashara Princes of the Woods.
