It should be a matter of changing the right values to replace countries for others, but I think we need some mod tools to do this.

Weird texture glitch

Thanks for the reply se7enraven. I found a solution :) It didn't make any sense, I checked all the texture paths, which were correct. My GPU is relatively new so I ruled that out as unlikely. Somehow the the resolution and shader settings were changed, totally weird because I had not touched them, and I played the day before.... PC's are just acting up sometimes I guess :) cheers -
Hi I'm getting this strange texture glitch. The weirdest thing is that it came out of the blue, I haven't added any new mods or changed anything. Have any of you seen this before and do you have any advice on how to fix it? Thanks. Here's my 2 cents: First of all, thank you for considering a low loot version of .4! Clutter: I don't have a problem with the M weapons at all. I'm thinking more in terms of normal clutter (especially the useful stuff you can use for crafting), ammo, and NPC weapons and gear. There is just a bit too much IMO. But yeah, I can see the dilemma. Skill Books: I would prefer there where none. It's a design question when Obsidian choose not to include more. They didn't wan't the player to be able to max out his character as in FO3, but instead think about what type of character they wan't. I like this. Difficulty levels: As long as "hard" is an option I'm glad :) Zombie World: Could you perhaps make this an optional module? It would ruin the lore a bit if zombies would be all over the wasteland. Vault 22: Good idea. Perhaps fill Vault 22 with zombies? Vault-tec simply dug too deep when making this vault? :) Have you thought about incorporating a slower XP function? Considering all the new enemies AWOP adds. Anyway. Great job on this! -

I might be a little dense, but it seems it doesn't help with my problem if I change the index. I'm not sure, but do I need to add a perk as well for the bonus to take effect? Does anyone know?

Hi everyone, Ok I'll try and post this request here as well. I posted it on the FO3 forum but there isn't much life there at the moment ;) I'm trying to add some training equipment for workout and fitness. The idea is that the player should get +1 strength and +30 carry weight at a one-time cost of hunger, dehydration and sleep for a period of 24m. So far all menus turn up correctly in-game, but when I activate nothing happens - the effects are not added to the player. Do I need other things than the script, the "spell" and the activator? Can someone please confirm that the script is functional and/or point me in the right direction. I think your ideas are great Zenball! But I can understand most of them would take quite a bit of time to implement. I think you are right that the rating system of Kudos is partly to blame for this sometime zealous guarding of mods. How about if members could disable the ability to give them Kudos, then members making compilations or such for the benefit of the community could waver the right to Kudos as a sign of goodwill. I believe that many does not even care for the Kudos, but just want to help people. -
Hi I would like for someone to help me out with a teddy bear character for a quest. It should be able to do the same as a NPC. It should be really mean and evil looking rrraaaarwr. It would be great if it can be made so I can just drop it in the meshes folder and use it, because I'm somewhat of a noob... Thanks

As mentioned, FWE and FOOK are incompatible. Choose one of them... I recommend FWE as it include many/most gameplay improvements and added content made, even most of those fap6000 are using independently ;p FOOK add weapons and appareal to the game, but it is a lot easier to get such mods working independently opposed to gameplay changing mods! Included in FWE are UPP, RI, Triage, Follower tweaks, Explosive entries, Classic fallout weapons etc. and other major mods like WMK, MMM and EVE are compatible through FOIP.
