Just started playing Skyrim again and I'm posting here because I've looked everywhere and can't find a solution. Whenever I'm in a menu there is a slight delay/floaty feeling when moving cursor. I have no delay when actually playing the game, only in menus. I have Vsync disabled and mouse acceleration off but nothing has worked. Any help is appreciated!
