mayb should i mention that i changed my download and mod folders location a little while before getting this error, vortex is on the :C drive and the other things are on :D, should i move vortex, if so how? That's not a factor maybe its because i live in south east asia and our servers are trash where i live

my ethernet cable was broken but i then switched it out just recently everything works fine except vortex downloads

when i download a mod for fallout 4 vortex takes a long time to start and the download is in waves peaking at 14kb/s its kinda annoying since i have a pretty strong connection last time i tested it was 90mb/s i do not see why I'd be having such issues. As of now I will manually download everything and drag and drop into vortex since i have no idea how else i'd do it.

I've got the same issue but its just the skin has a weird shadow just flickering an the rest of the enb is not having an effect
