After installing and reinstalling I was able to download the creation kit. But now when I launch it say installation of dependencies and then it says impossible to complete the first installation...

I really d'like to try the creation kit. After some searches people say you got to download the Bethesda launcher to get it. After installing it, I just get a White screen with nothing, I tried to reinstall and nothing. Is there other way to get the creation kit ?
