Having issues with most mods, I can't untrack, I can't go to any other tabs (files, articles, etc.), and not much is working.

Oh okay thanks alot, I was worried they were not working. On a side note, do ENB's need me to do anything special? It wasn't working wen I tried to use it. (Realvision)

Yes, I got it yesterday

So I have downloaded quite a few mods, but not all of them are showing up in the plugins section, it's capping at 44. I took one out and now it's capping at 43. I can still install mods normally, they just don't show up in the plugins section. Should I be worried?
