Frosty Mod Manager Error

I know that this doesn't help but I've been getting the same issues and no one has been able to tell me anything that I'm not already doing. -
I can't launch a single mod without this error popping up. I've deleted the Mod_Data folder and ran frosty as admin and it still comes back with this error. Any help?
