Problem is, they didn't do that. They did something completely different and knew they were wrong which is why the closed down all discussion on the topic. Because of this, the rest of your argument is invalid.

Yeah, those same modders had all of their discussion threads closed. So no support for their mods until it all blows over and people forget that DogtoothCG and Unoctium are horrible people. Either way, whatever this StarLord did or said in the past has nothing to do with the way these authors are acting. Nor does it justify it. Also, mod authors being against Youtubers is dumber than Sega's and Nintendo's policy against Youtubers.

Actually it takes a lot longer when all of the information is hidden inside of images and videos.

There are many easy ways to prevent the abuse without using the staffs time. Limit the number of images used in the description. Remove the use of videos. Bring back downvotes. Divide up the description tab into sections, top section only accepts text and is explicitly state to include "Wtf is this mod about" the other lower sections can include images or whatever. Add a report issue of "Mod's purpose is concealed" in the report mod section. I'm sure that there are many MANY other ways to control this annoying issue.

Hello fellow Nexusers. I have a simple request/suggestion. Is there any possible way to enforce modders to obey the tabs for their mods? Here's an example: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/18997. I'm sure that the Monster Wars mod is a good mod. HOWEVER, the modder: Ironman5000 uses the tabs horribly. Scroll down the list, how long does it take you to actually find the description part in the description tab? I had to scroll over half way down to even figure out wtf the mod does. I'm ok with 1 or 2 images and videos being used in the description tab as long as they are context appropriate, but the constant use of them as filler it just annoying. It gets in the way of quickly finding the information that you want. The Monster Wars mod isn't the only mod that does this, I've noticed that there are a lot of other mods that do this as well. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/19180 Insanitys Dragonbane is another mod that makes it unnecessarily difficult to find important information. I really don't understand why people keep throwing these things into the description tab. There already IS a tab just for videos and images. Shouldn't these go into there?
