  1. I will start with a preemptive apology for my idiocy, as I am relatively new to modding and I've primarily been reliant on NMM. So anyways... When I load up the game with f4se, none of the mods I've installed with NMM just aren't appearing. Even in the mods list, there's nothing there. When I run the game without f4se, they all work fine. I've went back through NMM and activated all of the plugins and it still won't work. My current theory is mischievous digital goblins.
  2. Please pardon my stupid, for I am inexperienced in the ways of modding and using Nexus Mod Manager. And programming in general. I downloaded the manager, then the game, and a bunch of mods. Some of them required some specific assembly outside of the Mod Manager. With mods deactivated, the game works just fine. With mods activated, the menu screen with options like "data files" and "Technical Support" shows up like normal. I hit "Play" and the screen goes black like its about to open the main menu- only to then crash and immediately go back to the desktop. No "error" message or anything. Here are the mods I downloaded, all from the Nexus Mods website, save for the official patch: Better Cities Blockhead - (It didn't have a download for the manager, so I moved this file into the Oblivion folder. It showed up on the manager just fine except that it doesn't recognize the Download ID) Capes and Cloaks CM Partners Mod Basic (Mod v 2) Coronerras Maximum Compatibility Skeletons Natural Environments Oblivion Character Overhaul version 2 Official Oblivion 12416 Patch (I think this one came with the Steam download) Pluggy v125b Unofficial Oblivion DLC Patches Unofficial Oblivion Patch VORB - VaderApps Oblivion Real Bodies Womans Move - Female Walking Animaiton Replacer I planned on downloading some more mods. I'm not sure what exactly is crashing the game. Are there any more details I should add? Or am I hopeless? EDIT: Okay, I discovered that there were a few files missing from the Better Cities Mod I must have overlooked, and with that disabled the game started up. - only to then crash at the end of the opening cutscene with Patrick Stewart's monologue. Now what?
