So...I'm not sure if this happens to anyone else or its just me but this bug is very odd. After saving the moth priest I am told to return to tell them of my success. Yet when I return and talk to him everything seems to work fine the main problem is when I have to ask the moth priest to read the scroll. He will begin to read the scroll all the way to the end but at the very end he just goes quiet,no quest updates,no more dialog no nothing he just stands there. When I try to talk to him it just says "this person is busy" and that's pretty much it and I have taken steps as to uninstalling the whole game and reinstalling it but so far its not working. I even played the game with no mods at all and I still get this problem so I tried downloading the SKSE and if fixed a lot of issue except just this one. On steam I even validate my skyrim and it always says one file is missing and it fixes it yet it never works which I'm guessing is the moth priest dialog. Can anyone help or point me in some direction before I just give up on skyrim all together and also I know this game is old but hey I paid for the DLC and I wanted to try it but I feel like its just a waste of 20 bucks at this point :l.
