Raverous

I recently started playing again and I downloaded the King of Riverhelm mod, I think it would be pretty cool if you could send out a squad of soldiers lead by one of your companions to complete quests, maybe they could return in a few days with the item they were sent to find, with a chance to fail based on certain parameters. Furthermore it would be cool to be able to occupy each of the holds, attack their towns and install a Jarl loyal to you, then see your own soldiers patrolling the towns and surrounding wilderness. Maybe at a certain point there could be a massive Thalmor/Imperial invasion or Stormcloak uprising(with hundreds and hundreds of npcs) trying to take back the province.

The same mod was made for Fallout 3 and Oblivion. I'd really like it for Skyrim too. It silences the grunting and screaming from power attacks, etc. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5429 http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1298

Got a fix. Run TESV.exe in compatibility mode for Windows 95. Worked for me and at least one other guy.

A classic case of trying to fix what isn't broken in my opinion. I don't like it at all. It would be nice to at least have the option to use the old layout. The old one was simple and easy to navigate. This new one... I feel like it's trying to be to be hip and modern when it's really just irritating and more difficult to navigate.
