  1. Nah, I'm not a modder. The extent of my knowledge on the topic is basic item editting on G.E.C.K, I just know a bunch about console commands since i use them to screw around a lot.
  2. What happens when the kid screws up and gets the town guard on his ass XD. Do we bail him out or ignore his connection to us? As for the shopping, i don't know how possible it would be to do it properly. It would require a lot of specifics that wouldn't make it practical (which town he goes to, which exact items he buys, from who, what time it is) . Instead he could just sell you the stuff with the line "What should I go buy?" and then run away from a few hours after selling you the stuff to pretend he goes and gets it for you.
  3. I think it would be really awesome to lead a kid around the world teaching him how to defend himself in this harsh world. There could be a few beggar kids in the poor cities (Windhelm, Riften, Markarth) and you do a favor for them and they decide to become your disciple if you allow it. The favor could be something as simple as giving them food or money, it could get as complicated as buying them a weapon or fending off a bully or an abusive guard or parent. If they could gain skill depending on what skills you gain while they follow you then that'd be epic. Also they could have a generic quest line where at the end they grow up into an adult and you can tell them to join a faction. You could direct them to the thieves guild, the dark brotherhood, the companions, a city guard, or maybe go tell them to work for belethor down at the general goods store :P I understand that kids can't be told to hold weapons or armor, they also can't get hurt in vanilla skyrim. This could be left how it is, they could just follow and observe. If it is possible that would also be amazing, since you'd have yourself an Isidro in no time :D http://images3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20080610113424/berserk/images/thumb/b/b2/Ishidoro.jpg/444px-Ishidoro.jpg
  4. Before anyone says this is sexist, think about it... The guys are wearing just as little clothing as the girls are. XD
  5. While you're waiting for this mod to be created have fun with this console command PushActorAway RefID X The command pushes the referenced actor away from the targeted object (to target yourself type "prid 14" or click on stuff). X is the strength of the push, 5 is a kick to the chest, 100 is basically what the giants do to you. The RefId is the hexadecimal code that appears when you click on the actor, if it's not working you may have clicked on the walls by accident, try getting closer to them.
  6. apparently I'm smart by accident. I meant that you fight in the maze and the trapped maps, to spice things up. All the fights in skyrim are just about running up to the enemy and hitting them. There's never any tactic or smarts, picking footing or location. I thought it would be cool to add in maps where you have to constantly watch the ground and walls as your opponents lures you into new rooms during the fight.
  7. Definitely a good idea, and better than patrols you could utilize the hired thug mechanics currently in the game and have the opposite faction hunt you down. Also, werewolves need to be strengthen up somehow, even with the extra 100 hp I don't last a second in battle because most of the reason I'm alive in my fights is cause of my weapons and armor. without my armor I'm dead in 4 hits and without my weapon i barely scratch the enemy. Either werewolf armor and weapons need to be added or werewolves need to scale to the strength of your gear or level. Also werewolves should be able to do stuff while transformed... I hate not being able to open the door to the next room and having to wait to transform back.
  8. What if the stars were just a reskinned version of the bow, you had to wear a throwing glove (the bow) and then you threw the stars (the arrow) and more you exaggerate your throwing motion the farther the stars go(drawing of the bow), after all if you just flick your wrist they're not gonna fly across town. As for making it one handed without changing all bows, I have no idea.
  9. Ok, wow thats long... Love most of the ideas you have here, I think a lot of them are not as possible as you may hope, the skyrim engine does it's best to be real but even it can only go so far. I'll keep my hopes up that a miracle worker comes along and sees this. I do have a few comments. For the sneaking thing about AI searching for you, I don't think it will work well with skyrim, there's just not enough maps where it's actually entertaining or possible to sneak around. Most caves/dungeons/towers/houses/castles are single corridors that loop around in a circle with a convenient ledge or door to get quickly back to the start. This means that if people start using their head and realize that every intruder must come from the same direction then you'll get found every time. I'd love it if someone adds in some maps for your other guild quest line where there's several pathways to go everywhere and you can lure people to one path and walk the other. Which brings me to comment 2, there needs to be a reason to sneak. Other than people enjoying to role play a thief there's almost no reason to sneak when not in towns. At my current level there's not a single bandit or anything that could even begin to threaten me. If there were bosses, or armies or immortal bandits, that had to be avoided to survive or destroyed in a sneaky fashion then there would be more reason to use advanced sneaking. Which brings me to comment 3, you mentioned having sneaking gear which have useful applications for a thief. For arrows, instead of enchanting I think adding more poisons would be better. Currently there is a paralysis poison but poisons should be changed so they can be applied to bunches of arrows and have them renamed in the inventory for quick hot keying. As for creating the poisons I don't think anyone would care if you just reassign some of the current ingredients effects. There's just too many ingredients in skyrim and too many useless effects... nobody uses damage stamina or fortify block/armor potions anyway. And finally comment 4, love the idea about traps, currently the runes are just too weak! and it's kinda BS that the only traps the player can control are spells, there should be arrow traps and tripwires, maybe even buckets of poison on doors so when they open the door the bucket of poison falls on their head (lols prank).
  10. Then most people would prefer loading anyway. I think something like reducing maximum hp and stamina by 30% for an hour would be better, that way if you do get back up you're still disadvantaged by your near death but it's not something permanent. If it was permanent then eventually people would have either 0 stamina or they'd just load the game to avoid having their stamina lessened permanently.
  11. For cheating, I was thinking something along the lines of poisoning the fountain you drink at before/after the match to refill hp to in fact reduce your maximum hp to 50% or something for a few hours, and if you try to wait the timer off then you forfeit the match. If there is an arena it should be end game material, meaning the fighters in the arena should be tougher than elder dragons, like 2000 hp with 100 one-handed/two-handed skill and daedric double enchanted weapons. something that will challenge the player. Also, if you don't care about continuity, you could make the arena change to other maps, like a maze or a platform surrounded by a deadly fall. Maybe even have an arena with so many traps that a single misstep could cause you to die (maybe just take a severe hit). Also, that could be one way that people could try to cheat (by activating traps on a map that doesn't 'usually' have traps). Might require serious effort in making all those maps but it'd be so worth it.
  12. How about adding in some stupid s*** and calling it a warhammer? like a stone club or something like the Dragon Bone Smasher from Demon's Souls http://t1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcS7Icy-ju3qE35ZQ-O2L9gY3eZpdl9o-PR0lyLLJrzC5BiqFgwIoxaao2Ch6w An example of the retarded items that you could is Dragon Tooth from Dark Souls http://i.imgur.com/UTP0Y.jpg Or Smough's Hammer from Dark Souls http://img830.imageshack.us/img830/8913/marteaudesmough.png You could even use the wooden beam textures and meshes from skyrim and make that a weapon. Who doesn't wanna swing around a piece of their house? Personally I'd love it if someone could just stick a broom handle in to one of the barrels and call it a wooden warhammer XD
  13. I've had experience with 'nearly' immortal modes before. In Half Life 2 there's a command called Buddha where you have limited ammo and everything but you cant drop below 1 hp, at first it was alright and i played the game normally, but soon i grew accustomed to never dying and nothing felt risky anymore, taking hits was easy because i was never scared of dying. It's basically just a more troublesome version of god mode. It works in your mind but you lose the adrenaline rush in fights if you know you'll never really die. What I suggest is making the player do what followers do. When you take a hit that should kill you, instead of dying you drop to your knee and have one last second to drink a potion or do something, in this mode human opponents should attack other standing opponents and only attack you if they have nobody else to attack, but if they do attack you or if you continue to be killed then you should die, reload and everything.
  14. Yeah I suggest tdetect and tgm. tgm is Toggle God Mode, so if he wanders off a cliff or manages to get into any other predicament then you wont have your character dieing. Also if you want to have a laugh you can type tcl when not targeting anything. It causes the game to no longer care about the players gravity or collision with objects, you can fly through the sky... and mountains.
  15. I don't care for six breasts, I'd rather not have any if the mod were to go in that direction. But if this is a half human half wolf then why does the wolf half not give a s*** which gender the human half is? I think there needs to be a more female looking werewolf model for human hosts, there doesn't have to be breasts (although it is a significant trait of the female gender) there could just be a more womanly shape or a less chiseled face or something. For the males I say leave em alone, the current werewolf form is already a good one and I'd rather not have genitalia hanging out if i can avoid it.
